Here is how to fix a stuck pixel safely, starting with the least risky methods.
- Confirm it is stuck, not dead: it should show a colour, not black. Use the colour test.
- Run a fixer: open the stuck pixel fixer, drag the window over the pixel and run it for 10-20 minutes. Use gentle mode if flashing is a concern.
- Repeat: try a few sessions, up to an hour in total.
- Power off: leave the screen off for several hours, then check again.

What about the pressure method?
Some people press gently on the spot with a soft cloth while the screen is off. It can damage the panel and may void warranty, so we do not recommend it on a screen still under warranty.
